The no make-up look has been a popular beauty trend in the recent years. Bringing out your natural beauty shouldn’t be too hard especially if you have great skin. In my case, I found some Philosophy skin care products and Bare Minerals Make-up to help me with my no make-up look every day. These are great tools for applying a minimalist beauty philosophy.
A good skin care regimen can help you look radiantly beautiful even without make-up. Recently I have included an anti-aging Philosophy serum in my beauty routine, the Philosophy Ultimate Miracle Worker Night Cream. The serum helps improve skin regeneration and eliminate fine lines and wrinkles on your face.
One of the things that I appreciate in this serum is the freshness. The cream is only activated when you mix the pearl packette prior to first use. It does require a bit of mixing but I don’t mind as long as the mixture is fresh. After a week of using the cream, I have noticed the improved texture on my skin. My skin looked smoother with a bit glow in it. Not only that, my pores got smaller too.
Another Philosophy Skin Care product that I added in my routine is the Philosophy Miracle Worker Miraculous Anti-aging Retinoid Eye Repair. Dark circles and wrinkles in the eye area can be addressed with the use of this eye cream. It makes use of an exclusive high performance retinoid technology that takes care of wrinkles and discolorations in the eye area.
I like this cream because it’s easy to apply and not irritating to the skin. It also does seem to work in reducing dark spots in my eye area. Perhaps I’ll get more pronounced results after a few more uses.
Aside from great looking skin, you also need a hint of tint to highlight your features. You can add a faint touch of blush on your cheeks or color on your lips to bring out your beauty. This is where I found the Bare Minerals Go Nude or Make a Statement Lipsticks quite useful. This is a set of 8 mini lipsticks featuring 4 nude shades and 4 statement colors. I like these mini-lipsticks because they have long staying power and they are easy to apply. You don’t have to re-touch after eating or drinking. I also like the assortment of nudes, reds, pinks, and plum that came in the set. However, the Kitty and Tease lipstick colors may be a challenge to wear for those with darker skin tones.
Looking gorgeous in your no make-up look is a breeze with a bit of touch up in your beauty routine. I included Philosophy Skin Care in my regimen to take care of skin flaws. The Bare Minerals lipstick set also gives me different ways to explore my no make-up look. With these additions, I’d say I made a good start on my beauty touch up for 2018.
