My husband and I hardly drink but when there’s an occasion, we do indulge. An opportunity to try out some wine mix from OWG came and I won’t say no to this after checking out their site especially when I saw Cosmopolitan! I absolutely love this drink and it makes me feel like Carrie of Sex in the City when I am drinking this. To those that haven’t heard of OWG, it is an upscale gourmet food and beverage company.
Making a choice was difficult because all looked yummy! I finally decided to get the Cosmopolitan of course ,Tango-Tini, Margarita mix and Chocolate Espresso Cream Cheese Chewies and the Strawberry cheesecake mix. The drink mixes has very very easy to read and follow. No matter how much I love Cosmopolitan, I didn’t open yet because I am saving it for my birthday on March :D!
Too bad we didn’t read the whole direction before we started making it. It requires a 4 hours freezing time, but since we didn’t want to wait 4 hours, we opted the blender direction. After the mixing was done, we started playing cards and drinking our mixed drinks. I can’t believe how easy making this drink, with the help of vodka, water and ice, we were able to have a delicious and fun time.
The taste of the drink mixes are really really good! You can choose to put more vodka or wine depending on how strong you want your drink. I chose a mild alcohol content on my drink since I am not really a drinker.
The Chocolate Cream Cheese Chewie Espresso Bars are to die for! It is so good I thought I went to heaven after tasting it! It was also very easy to make. These goodies have a very cheerful packaging. I think this would make a perfect “thank you” gift for wedding or a gift to someone special!
