Many of you have probably seen Kourtney Kardashian‘s new smashing physique. In  Life and Style she explained how she lost 45 pounds after the birth of her son Mason Disick in December 2009. Apparently her secret is eating small, frequent and nutritious meals, such as oatmeal, greek yoghurt and salad and hitting the gym weekly with her sisters. Celebrities always advertise a healthy weight loss program filled with nutritious food and plenty of exercise. What I’m wondering is if weight loss supplements are also a part of their journey to being slim and gorgeous.
