More than fashion from New York and Milan, what’s making a huge wave nowadays is Asian fashion. Yes, trends from the East are making their way across the globe. Koreans still wear their time-honored traditional costume, the han bok, during important occasions, but are open to change when it comes to fashion.
Korean fashion, for instance has gained a huge following from fashionistas the world over. Korean fashion is highly influenced by American fashion, as both countries share the same temperate weather. Because of this, their fashion is characterized by lots of layering and accessories to highlight their clothes. Koreans also love to wear tee shirts with bold text. Sometimes, these are names of international luxury brands or just plain English text. Some may find this funny, because most of the words don’t make sense at all, but that’s what makes the design distinct. Korean women are also fond of wearing miniskirts. The look is not complete without matching these with high-heeled boots.
