Hydrate, hydrate, and hydrate. If you drink eight glasses of water on a regular day, then you may want to double your dose on a really hot day. Aside from cooling the body, drinking lots of liquid helps prevent dehydration. Ice cold water and fresh fruit juices are great for combating the intense summer heat.
