Apply a light layer of foundation on your lips to create an ideal lip base.

Define your lips by using a lip liner the same shade as your natural lip color to rim the mouth. This would also keep the color from feathering.

Use a lip brush to apply color. Start from the center of the lips moving outwards in even strokes.

Blot your lips with tissue and apply a second coat using the same process.
