If you have small breasts, you could go for a string bikini, as this tends to emphasize other body parts, thus drawing attention away from your top. But, if you’re small-breasted and have ample hips, it wouldn’t do well to emphasize your bottom part, as this will only make your small chest more obvious. Stay away then from boy shorts which have the effect of making your bottom look bigger. You could instead wear a sarong.
The style which works best is the two-piece bikini with what’s called a bandeau top. You pull this over your head, and it has no hooks, nor strings. The straight line of material works well for women without cleavage.
