It doesn’t take a 5-time Jeopardy champion to figure out the reason we don’t wear our work clothes to bed. Other than running the risk of ruining your workwear, it simply doesn’t provide you with the comfort you need to get that much needed sleep. That’s why we must put a premium on quality and comfy sleepwear.
Putting on an oversized t-shirt just doesn’t cut it. Outfits which are too big for you may not be good enough to keep you warm at night. During the winter months, it would be a good choice to go for fleece pajamas. If it gets really cold, you can get those with hoods or even footed pants, so you won’t have to worry about your socks falling off in the middle of the night.
During the summer, you can indulge in some silk, as this fabric allows your skin to breathe. That’ll do the job of cooling your skin on those (literally) steamy nights. If you’re not keen on silk, you can instead opt for light cotton pajamas. I especially like this tank top and short pajama ensemble:
