Jon Goldstein started his Jonny Appleseed Company as a means to buy a new keyboard and support his passion for music. But look at him now. He designed the gardens of big Hollywood celebrities like Tom Cruise, Sheryl Crow, Jon Landau, Mimi Rogers, Kyle MacLachlan, Bryan Cranston and so on. From being a small time landscape designer, he is now one of the most sought after landscaper of celebrities. And for good reasons. Looking at his finished projects makes one dearly wish of a garden as lovely as them. What he uses as outdoor décor is only part of the big (and beautiful) picture. How he is able to make a plain looking garden into something one can easily stare at for weeks is beyond me, but I guess that’s what talent is all about.
