Today I am wearing Blue, Red and Yellow as a tribute to the Haiyan Survivors!
As you know, the last week has been difficult for everybody in the Philippines. I am so grateful to all the people who messaged me and asked me how I was and if I was affected by the Super typhoon. Your message are very much appreciated.
Even if my family and friends have been spared from this devastation, I cannot help but feel sad to those that lost their loved ones, their home and livelihood. I think about them all the time especially when it gets dark. It must be scary. I wish I could be there and help but I have a little one here at home that needs me too. But that won’t stop me from helping. I am working on a fundraising giveaway together with some of my best blogging buddies, so please watch out for that!
I am also very thankful for Anderson Cooper for coming to the Philippines and reporting what you have seen. BIG thanks to all the nations around the world for their incredible generosity and support in our time of need.
