I know that it is an inevitable symptom that comes with age, but looking at other women younger than I am makes me reflect on my own physical self. Have I been good to me in terms of appearance? Should I be doing more to take care of myself? At the end of the day, I realize that the only way I can ever be good to the world is if I become good to myself first. age spots removal ? Why not? If it helps boost my self-esteem and I know that I won’t go over the top trying to look young, then I guess it’s perfectly alright.
